Questions people ask
Do you post replies without me seeing them first?
No. Every reply waits for your approval by default — full stop. You can opt in to auto-approving 4–5★ reviews once you trust the voice, and even then you can turn it off anytime.
What happens after the free trial?
Your card is charged for the plan you picked. We'll email you a few days before that happens. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Can I edit a reply before it goes out?
Yes — every draft is fully editable. Change anything, or reject it outright and nothing is sent.
Do I have to connect my Google account?
No — reviews reach us by email forwarding, a one-time filter you set up in about 5 minutes. We never ask for your Google, Yelp, or Facebook login, and never get account access.
Does it work with Yelp and Facebook?
Yes, on Pro. Those platforms email you when a review lands, and forwarding that notification is all it takes — same setup as Google, no extra logins. Starter covers Google. If Yelp or Facebook reviews arrive while you're on Starter, we keep them and show you what's waiting rather than dropping them.
Do you post the replies for me?
No, and we won't pretend otherwise: none of these platforms let a tool like ours publish on your behalf without deep account access we deliberately don't ask for. An approved reply is copy-and-paste-ready with a link to the right page — usually about ten seconds of work, and it stays your account, your voice, your control.
